DESCRIPTION

At Erbonne, near the cemetery in a cave known as “the den”, micro-flints, chipped in triangular form and with backed points, were found. These originated in the oldest Mesolithic Period (8000 BCE), and were found along with many trapezoid-shaped micro-flints typical of the latest Mesolithic Period (6000-5500 BCE).
